Stage 3 — FQC: Final Quality Control
After production and assembly, FQC provides a final inspection of finished tools before transfer to the finished-goods warehouse.

Inspection results are documented so that finished-product lots can be traced and reviewed before release.
Stage 4 — OQC: Outgoing Quality Control
OQC is the final quality gate before shipment. It is conducted on packed finished goods in the warehouse and is designed to simulate the customer's receiving experience.
What We Inspect:
- Sampling: Packed goods are selected according to the applicable inspection plan and customer requirements.
- Product verification: Inspectors check product appearance, function, completeness, labeling, and packaging condition.
- Carton integrity: Cartons can be checked for sealing, stacking, palletization, and transport resistance.
- Container loading supervision: For applicable full-container orders, loading conditions, carton count, container condition, and loading arrangement can be verified before sealing.
OQC provides an additional independent review of packed products before shipment release.

Tensile Strength Testing
What it measures: The force that a material, component, or connection can withstand before deformation or failure.
A specimen or component is tested under controlled loading while the equipment records force and displacement.

Hardness Testing

Fatigue Life Testing
What it measures: Operational durability of moving components and mechanisms through repeated use.
A powered testing fixture repeatedly operates the product or mechanism for a specified number of cycles.
Depending on the product, fatigue testing can be applied to:
